2022-09-01 Sampling ANPP sampled treatments G5, G6. ANPP is assessed by clipping all of the above-ground portion of plants that are rooted within the bounds of a quadrat (0.5m X 2m). Two quadrats (frames) were sampled in each splitplot (+N and 0N). Sample locations are predetermined to avoid the sheltered area in G5. The predetermined locations are a specified distance and direction from a plot corner. All plants rooted within each quadrat are clipped at ground level and bagged. All subsamples are dried at 65C for a minimum of 96 hours and dry weights measured. MCG5R1 5560
