Ecoregion of each Michigan county

This datatable is part of the MDARD Climate Resilience Project dataset.

This project investigates the factors contributing to climate resiliency in row-crop farms across Michigan through a multidisciplinary approach that actively involves farmers as partners. The objectives are to:

(1) Link Regenerative Agriculture Practices to Cropping System Resilience: Assess how management practices that promote soil health contribute to enhanced yield and economic stability.
(2) Quantify the Relationship Between GHG Emissions and Soil Health: Evaluate, within a whole-systems, on-farm context, how practices improving soil health influence soil carbon sequestration and greenhouse gas emissions.
(3) Promote Adoption of Climate-Resilient Practices: Identify the factors motivating Michigan farmers to implement and sustain climate-smart practices, and develop MSUE programming to support these transitions.
