Organic matter and size fractions from 65 deep core soil samples collected from 10 of the KBS LTER scaleup fields. Within each field we identified three topographicalpositions (DE-depression/footslope, SL-backslope, and SU-summit) and had 1-2 sampling sites at each position.

Samples were collected between April 27 and May 4 2010.
